Rules: Contest runs from 1/8/13-1/28/13. Contest may end earlier if all grand prizes are given away. All contestants, winners and guests must be male, 21 or older and live in Nassau or Suffolk County. Employees of Cox Radio Long Island, participating sponsors, employees of New York metro area radio station and their immediate families are not eligible to participate or win. Listeners may only register for the contest once. Limit one winner per household. Listeners are eligible to win a prize valued at $600.00 or more only once every three months. Listeners who traveled to Las Vegas with Roger & JP in 2012 as a winner or guest are not eligible to win or be a guest of a winner in 2013. WBAB will be contacting select contestants and having them participate in on-air and on-site contests to win one of five trips for two. Each grand prize includes roundtrip airfare from JFK to Las Vegas, three night’s hotel accommodations and various dinners, activities and party invitations. Other details of the trip may be included, but are not guaranteed. Breakfast, lunch and hotel incidentals are the responsibility of the winners. Each winner must provide a credit card at hotel check in for incidentals and damages. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other prizes. Winners and guests must travel on the predetermined itinerary. No adjustments will be made to the itinerary. If you are unable to travel during the specified dates/times, you will forfeit your prize and no replacement prize will be provided. At that time, a new winner will be selected to travel in your place. Payment of all federal, state and local taxes and required travel fees are the sole responsibility of the winner. Grand prize winners are required to sign an IRS Form 1099 or the equivalent. By participating in the contest, the winner or winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest, and to sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of the prize. Contest winners will be required to sign a liability release prior to acceptance of any prize valued at $600.00 or greater or which prize includes the provision of transportation, whether or not such transportation is provided by WBAB. Pursuant to the liability release, the winners will agree to hold prize providers, WBAB, its corporate licensee, parent corporation and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or contest, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage. WBAB reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest which will become effective upon announcement. WBAB reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. No purchase is necessary. The contest is void where prohibited. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant's disqualification. WBAB is not responsible for technical, computer or internet problems, including, but not limited to, website issues, loss of internet connection, phone disconnections, etc. Travel itinerary is as follows: Depart JFK on Friday, February 1, 2013 at 4:10pm. Depart Las Vegas on Monday, February 4, 2013 at 12pm. Arrive at JFK around 7:56pm ET. Winner is responsible for transportation to and from JFK airport.
